Terms & Condition
By making your reservations with IN THE BLACK TRANSPORTATION, LLC you agree to be bound to the following terms and conditions.
Payment
For all credit card payments, the credit card used to reserve the service along with matching ID must be provided at pick up. Both card and ID must match the booking clients
face with the pickup address.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the expected pickup times by phone call to IN THE BLACK TRANSPORTATION. No fees will occur. Cancellation made less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of original booking amount.
Flight Delays
Each client is responsible to notify IN THE BLACK TRANSPORTATION by phone of all airline changes, delays, cancellations and missed flights. Delayed flights are billed after flight arrival.
Cleanup & Damage Fees
Any damage incurred to the vehicle during the trip are the responsibility of the reserving party. Any bodily fluids, spills, or mishaps, etc. inside the vehicle will require a minimum of
$250 cleanup/disinfecting fee and will be billed to the credit card used to book the trip.
Smoking Policy
All IN THE BLACK TRANSPORTATION vehicles are smoke free. A minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs in any of our vehicles.
No Underage Drinking
Underage drinking or underage possession of alcohol in the vehicle is prohibited. Driver at his sole discretion can terminate the trip at any time. No refunds if illegal activity occurs in the
vehicle. Authorities will be notified.
No Illegal Drugs
Use of illegal drugs are prohibited in any IN THE BLACK TRANSPORTATION vehicle. Driver has authority to terminate the trip and authorities will be called
Lost Items
Clients are responsible for any items left in vehicles. Please be sure to gather all your belongings when you exit the vehicle. If you feel you did leave anything behind, please call
and let us know. We’ll be glad to hold it for you until you pick up the item left behind with
proper identification.
Trip Delays
IN THE BLACK TRANSPORTATION will not be responsible for any delays for flights or inconveniences due to traffic, accidents, unforeseen failures, or situations deemed an “Act of
God”.
Any additional charges incurred i.e., overtime pay that will apply after the first 15 minutes of
prearranged time described on the reservation, wait time, gratuity, and damage/cleaning
fees are agreed by accepting our TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
